These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website (the "Site"), operated by Blue Front Financial, dba Ladder Loans ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

We are not a lender and do not make credit decisions or issue loans directly. All loan terms, approvals, and rates are determined solely by our Lending Partners.

Submitting an application or receiving a pre-qualification notice does not guarantee loan approval. All loan decisions, terms, and amounts are determined by our Lending Partners based on their underwriting criteria.

We do not warrant that any Lending Partner will offer or approve a loan.

6. Electronic Communications and SMS Consent (ESIGN / TCPA)

By checking the SMS consent box on our application form, you agree to receive text messages from us at the mobile number you provide regarding your loan inquiry, including application status updates, document requests, and scheduling. These messages are sent by us only. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your SMS consent with Lending Partners, affiliates, or any other third party for their own marketing or messaging purposes.

SMS consent is optional, is collected separately from your application, and is not required as a condition of applying for or receiving a loan. Message frequency varies based on your application activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Separately, by submitting your application you consent to receive phone calls and emails from us regarding your inquiry, and you consent to receive and sign documents electronically pursuant to the ESIGN Act, and agree that electronic records and signatures have the same legal effect as handwritten ones.

To revoke SMS consent, reply STOP to any message. For all other requests, contact [SUPPORT EMAIL].

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, icons, and software—is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid (if any) to access the Site.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration shall take place in Palm Beach County, Florida.

You waive any right to participate in a class action or jury trial.
